An Integration of Acupressure & Reiki

Acupressure is an ancient healing art. It encourages the release of muscular tension, the increased circulation of blood and the flow of the body's vital life force (chi) simply by pressing these special points.

The gentle art of Reiki, draws on universal life force energy. Offering comfort and support for the good health and balance of your mind, body and emotions.

This is a 3-Part Session consisting of 75 minutes each Session.

Where your session closes with an Ayurvedic Elemental dish.

This 3-hr consult and bodywork session will give you the chance to have an idea and sense of what your body has attempted to express through the physical pains along with emotional holdings.
